“Birch,” a retrospective exhibit of original oil paintings and prints at the Walden Pond State Reservation Visitor Center, are meditations on birch forests and individual trees. Local artist Patricia Burson graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, with postgraduate studies at CMU, Massachusetts College of Art, and School of Museum of Fine Arts.
