DESCRIPTION:“Birch\,” a retrospective exhibit of original oil paintings
  and prints at the Walden Pond State Reservation Visitor Center\, are medi
 tations on birch forests and individual trees. Local artist Patricia Burso
 n graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University\, with postgraduate
  studies at CMU\, Massachusetts College of Art\, and School of Museum of F
 ine Arts. She is an avid 4 season hiker who celebrates and advocates conne
