In THE END OF ICE, Jamail journeys to the world’s “hot spots”—locations experiencing the most dramatic impacts of climate disruption—and he climbs and dives alongside leading experts and front-line scientists.

THE END OF ICE is named as one of the Ten Best Science Books of 2019 by Smithsonian and is a finalist for the 2020 Pen/E.O. Wilson Literary Science Writing Award for exemplifying literary excellence while communicating complex scientific concepts to a lay audience.

Join Dahr Jamail as he shares THE END OF ICE, his ongoing work, and an empathic and practical approach to our future. There will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions following Mr. Jamail’s talk.

This event is FREE but pre-registration is required to receive the Zoom link to participate.
