Jeffrey S. Cramer will offer comments on Henry David Thoreau’s 1849 essay, “Civil Disobedience” (published as “Resistance to Civil Government”). Jason and Jessica Packineau will share their experience as part of the resistance to the Dakota Access Pipeline with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
