Henry David Thoreau is one of the four or five most significant, truly American voices. His writings continue to inspire people of all ages. We’re helping to keep his spirit alive with our interactive programs.
All of our programs are led by knowledgeable guides who bring a greater understanding of Thoreau’s land, literature, and legacy to visitors of all ages -- from elementary and middle school students to elder groups. Any of the programs offered by the Walden Woods Project may be combined or tailored to meet your specific needs.
