Visiting Walden Woods
The Walden Woods Project is pleased to welcome groups and individuals throughout the year that are exploring Thoreau's Walden Woods.
We offer a wide variety of guided interpretive walks, lectures, and public programs on an on-going basis, many in collaboration with the state DCR, Walden Pond State Reservation. We also can provide any help you need in planning your self-guided explorations. We are especially proud of the variety of stimulating professional development opportunities that we offer teachers.
