Walden Seminars - Curriculum Units

The Walden Woods Project's Thoreau Institute has been offering summer teachers' seminars since 1997.  In all, more than 150 high school and 100 middle school educators have been through the seminar.  Many of the curriculum units and lesson plans they developed as a result of their study at the Thoreau Institute can be found posted on the link associated with the year in which they attended.  If you are a seminar alumnus/a and your curriculum unit is not posted below, please let us know at education@walden.org.

Please note: We are currently working on re-organizing the units for better navigation.
