Thoreau’s Walden: A Journey in Photographs by Scot Miller was developed by the Harvard Museum of Natural History (HMNH) in cooperation with Scot Miller and the Walden Woods Project and is sponsored nationally by Houghton Mifflin. Inspired by Houghton Mifflin's book Walden: 150th Anniversary Edition of the American Classic, the exhibit features photographs, rare artifacts, a video presentation about Thoreau, and a hands-on nature station and activity center.
